Everyone “Sidra Afzal” is here and I hope you all doing pretty darn fine. Today what I am doing to highlight is pretty fascinating.

And let me say , who is reading this post today you are only accepting yourself only as long as you look. A certain way isn’t “Self-love “it’s “self – destruction “.

“self destruction is in fact an (acting or tending to harm or destroy oneself)

OR…

A behavior that causes serious harm to oneself.

We are humans and we are not wired to do things that are difficult or scary. We are designed to do things that are easy, comfortable or non scary. That’s why whenever, we do face failure or disappointment in life we adopt self destructive behaviors.
At first it gives us mental satisfaction but it’s not necessarily fulfilling.

Here the question arises:-

“Why do we adopt self destructive behavior while ignoring our better judgment? “

The thing is that we probably don’t rationally weight the risk vs. Costs. We are humans and we want immediate pleasure and everything that makes us feel extremely happy and makes us feel good.
As for the most common eg:
Whenever, we smoke we think it’s too hard to quit or when we start taking drugs we think it’s not an easy thing to quit, it’s too painful over the few weeks to quit (cost).. But in fact it’s not properly weighted against the risks of not quitting (major illness, early death, incredible expenses for cigarettes
(cancer sticks) and hospitalization etc..

A very famous quote here I would like to share :-

“I’m afraid of two things “

#1 Success

#2 failure

Everyone wants to be successful. I mean who doesn’t? None of us wants to get a tag of a loser in life. But at some point in life we all pass through miserable times. And some of us wait until our life is problem free to be happy. If so, you could be waiting for a long time. But a lot of us get upset and put ourselves into a cage full of depression, anxiety and this thought of getting stuck in an echo chamber scares us a lot . we start agonizing that why we didn’t accept that job why did I take too long to procrastinate? Why” this “or why” that”?

But none of us can get the answer of this” why”. Me as a person dislike this word “why “ the most because, what i believe is that we are the master of our life. And trust me no one will come to change your life. you have to take the action to change the miserable situation of your life. So, get your butt pack and start finding ways to achieve your goals. Rather than putting yourself into a cage of depression and anxiety and other mental disorders.
As humans are sentimental so, rather than finding better ways to change their life, they try to find easy ways to solve their problems. But when you see life is not going your way and the miserable situation is getting worse day by day we adopt destructive behaviors. Because at first it gives us a complete mental satisfaction. Adopting destructive behaviors is not the solution of your problems. In fact, you are killing yourself by adopting such kinda habits .

But Why do we repeat self destructive things over and over again?

The list of these behaviors seems inexhaustible and extends into every aspect of life. Like work. friends, family, dating and so on..

Consequently, they suffer disappointment, rejection, failure. Often they are reduced to being miserable. Not infrequently, they seem to have some insight into their destructive behaviors. They just admit to doing “this “and suffering, therefore, from “that”, the connection is simply plain to them. Still, they do the same things over and over again. Facing failures and disappointments completely breaks you from inside but it’s not like that there is no better judgment of it. I have researched a lot and what I have figured is that.
The human brain is like a computer that controls the body’s functions, and the nervous system is like a network that relays messages to parts of the body.

There are two basic areas of our consciousness :

A _CONSCIOUS MIND

B_ SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Now, i’m going to highlight our two basic consciousness.
“Always remember your subconscious mind is very strong and you can program it by talking to it.”

*never ever say negative things to your subconscious mind

Because it feeds as it is everything and when you “think” I can’t do this or do” that” or I can’t get this job in my entire life because I’m a loser as everyone says. or I can’t do “this” business or a job .

In fact, What you think or feel your subconscious mind automatically accept every single thing in your mind as it is. That’s why whenever, you go out for a job interview. So, before answering the questions your subconscious mind recalls that you are a loser and you are not up for this job. Even though you was well prepared for that interview but suddenly, your mind distracts you forget everything and you fail.
There are several self destructive behaviors like
*sabotaging relationships
*unnecessary self sacrifice
*spending too much
*physical neglect
*mental neglect
*going outta your way to harm others
Remember you have to program your brain. Your subconscious mind is very strong and it works 24/7 but your conscience mind sleeps when you fall asleep .

So, feed up your subconscious mind with positive thoughts don’t listen negativity and don’t listen any false about others. because once it feeds up in your subconscious mind it’s hella hard to clear it up.
We are humans and it’s our habit to agonize and it’s detrimental to our health. if you want to live a happy a long life then you completely need to eliminate negativity from your life .
Here, at last I would like to say :-
Use the logic and tell your brain that you are absolutely smart and you can do anything in life. trust me you will see better results in your life. You have to write affirmations daily, and read it loud.

And that’s absolutely true we are destroying everything in life.. It will be good for us to take action on a right time and change the scenario of our lives.

OK, I’ll tell you the fundamental objective why are we more likely to conjecture negativity more readily than positivity.

Our brain is divided into four parts as we all know very well. It’s nothing new what you guys are considering that I’m telling you today.

Whenever, we hear something from anyone we are more likely to conjecture negativity preferably than positivity.

You know what negative rational do? it just dismantles our life. It flourishes a hefty negative bond around our brain that unable us what’s right or what’s wrong for us. In that way our brain denys to accept the reality of anything because we used to take things in a negative way already.

And at that time you feel like your life is not more then a hell and you are more likely to say “Holy Hell”.. Why life is doing this with me .

Always remember life never goes any body’s way you need to find your own way.

The first step you need to do is to start taking things in a positive way once you start thinking positive,things will be happen according to your set of mood.

Life is not that hard the way we think it is. life is not that easy the way we think it is. Life is in between So, think positive be positive and stay positive this positivity will change your life and everything in your life. I assure you this positivity will brings positive things from the universe for you just try it and believe me. Yes you can change your life. You are the master of your own thoughts. You are the creator of everything. So, what you waiting for?Stay positive and be positive in life and create a positive bond around you to catch all the positive vibes.

IF WE LEARN FROM MISTAKES, WHY ARE WE ALWAYS SCARED TO DO MISTAKES?

Hello Everyone,today I have a question for you all . Why are we always scared to do mistakes if we learn from our mistakes?
That’s the question what answer I’m trying to figure out . I anticipate whenever, someone has a problem they probably question themselves why its in my destiny. Why im fascing this gruesome condition. when we were caveman we were doing mistakes it wouldn’t be erroneous to say that we did learn from our mistakes we actually did ,because where we stand today completely shows we are not caveman anymore.we build houses, industries, factories and so on..

Let me say this you are not the mistakes of your past, You are the capabilities and lessons you have gained from it . That’s what you actually are . We all do mistakes in life no one endure on this universe who have not done any mistake. I cojecture it’s a part of life making mistakes and learn from your mistakes .

Here the question arises.

If we won’t make a mistake how we will learn from our mistakes from our childhood till further on we are learning from our mistakes .

Infact , we all make mistakes and we all fail and we all blow it at one point. Alot of us make just as many mistakes as we get it down right. What we don’t do is that we dont learn from our mistakes And why we don’t learn from our mistakes and from our past failires because we are scared of being judged harshly by others. Thats why we probably dont avow our mistakes . And knowingly we do a lot of mistakes without learning from mistakes . We dont like to learn from our past mistakes and we accept to put ourselves into a box full of depression and guilt because we dont like being judged by others .

* For instance some of you had a bad relationship and you feel like dating is not for you anymore but deep down in your heart you want marriage and a happy family.

* Some of you tried to sell something and got rejected . So, you talked your way of your own business plan. The business plan you worked your ass off to come up with. The main point is that if you will keep on looking your past failure you won’t be successful in your life.

If we are not learning from our past mistakes it simply means we are demolishing our lives .

A mistake itself can be your best friend or enemy.

Do you know how?

Let me explain it to you … if you will learn from your past failure and mistakes in that case a mistake will be your best friend. Because from that mistake you had learned a lot of things what you would not like replicate in your future . But if you knowingly repeating same mistakes then in that case a mistake will be your enemy . Because that’s your own choice . You have to decide what you actually want.

You wanna learn from your mistakes or repeating them? Ego_ centric people mostly face these kinda problems in life.

According to Einstein “Egoistic people are illiterate. “

But put this ego aside and sit in one peace and think and ask a question to yourself.. whether you are doing right or wrong to yourself ?

Why are we doing this to ourselves?

If you can’t love yurself you can’t love anyone else . If you can’t love anyone you wouldn’t think good for anyone . When you not going to think good about others you wouldn’t like to see other’s on higher scale in life. And if other’s are being successful in life You will be jealous and to let them down you will do anything erroneous . You are at fault that’s an alarm call if you won’t learn from mistakes at that time. At what time you gonna learn then?

At, what time we gonna learn from your mistakes?

The relationship you had with your mistakes will be the lesson you succeed or the reason you fail..

The point is that mistake itself will not be the reason you fail.

Nooooooooo……..

That’s actually your perspective

Are you gonna take the data you have from your mistakes and apply it or you gonna sit like a wimp and cry now life never goes your way..

Look and always remember life never goes any body’s way.

A winner a successful person always goes life’s way . And a looser always sit and cry that life never goes their way.

I have a very fascinating example for you :

When it rains what you do you grab the umbrella to protect you and when it’s hot weather what you mostly do? Turn on the air conditioner . The same way you can’t control how life is gonna throw out you. But you can control how you gonna react ..

At the end , I would like to say learn from your mistakes and failure and avoid to put yourself into a box full of anxiety or depression. Think positive be positive . Depression kills “Your children needs your attention”.

Why people are stressed out these days?

many of them reach a breaking point and sink into depression, anxiety and mental disorders these days .

“Depression” it’s not picky actually.

Men, women, rich, poor, white, black. No one is immune.

It is not just an illness for people with dark, mysterious pasts or chaotic presents. It is ubiquitous.

Despite this, it is still badly misunderstood. Why? Because most people have been a bit low, a bit sad, a bit depressed at one time in their life, and so can’t see what all the fuss is.

Mainly, kids and teenagers are suffering from these disorders the most . So, here the question arises .

Why Parents don’t give enough time to their children ?

Whats that one thing that leads their children towards depression , anxiety and other disorders?

Who is actually responsible for that?

These are the few questions whose answers I’m prolly trying to figure out.
And after researching and studied a lot I have figured out that our parents are the paramount reason if their children are suffering from these disorders.

The parents play a vital role in their children life . They should look around whether their children are doing well enough in school rather than depending on their school teachers. Because children spend more time at home not at school .

The parents should engage with their children in out -door activities, they need to ask them about their everyday’s rountine in school .and they better should ask them if they are having some issues in school. and if they actually running through some issues they better should try to solve them. And make their minds clear regarding everything.”Because clarity of vision” and “Singularity of focus is way more crucial “

Your children needs your attention more then anything else . If your child is spending more time on phone and playing video games , if your child have bound himself just in a single room, so that’s an alarm call for you (parents ) Your child needs your attention.

Because not involving into out- door activities and staying at home simply means your child have so many issues or maybe fears in life. and staying home is the only thing that gives them mental satisfaction.

Fear is an emotion an emotion without an action . It will take you no where but will destroy your life .

(like mostly people hesitate to (communicate with other people )they don’t like gatherings they only like to bound themselves under one roof . If this fear wouldn’t be control on time that may leads towards depression .

And especially if your children are facing sleeping trouble. That’s the most significant sign of depression.

If they are not performing well in everyday’s rountine they are feeling kida low, kinda dizzy all day long , or maybe slacky while doing some little activities. It’s actually an alarm call for you parents to wake up open up your eyes “your child needs your attention.

“yes indeed , it means your child is in trouble . They want you. They need you so bad . You should try to sit down with your children in one peace try to talk to them ,try to figure out the main reason behind their problems what’s actually bothering them.

They only need your attention and time “nothing else much more .

Parents are so much busy in their lives, they mostly have no time to listen up their children.

Maybe ,it’s because of the modern life style. That modern life style where peeps are letting down day by day .they are getting being complexed. And this thing is badly affecting their health as well. Yeah exactly that’s true.In this modern era where we living, is actually letting down poor people .

People are materialistic People are trying to let down other people and wants to win this “legit life “

Yes, that’s the basic reason why are teenagers and kids suffering from soo many disorders and that’s totally bad.

I firmly believe if you will spend more time with your children they will never go through hard times or depressions anymore. Develop confidence in Your Children . This lack of confidence will take them no where unless depression and anxiety and further more and so on .

A request to all parents to give proper time and attention to your children try to be their best friends to figure out what’s bothering them.

At that early stage of life where their brain is nourishing . And that’s your responsibility being a parent to take good care of your child . And you will definitely see progress in your children’s life while giving your proper attention and time what they actually deserve. so , that’s all about parents time , care and support with their children.

Life is not as easy the way we think it is .

Life is not as hard the way we consider it.

” Life is just a game “

The one who plays it confidently, win’s this game of life.

Those who lose their courage because, of the hardships of life they will never be succeeded in life.

I firmly believe, if you are not mentally ready , you never really physically prepared .Everything starts from our mind.

And that’s where the preparation starts .

Everyone who do endure on this planet, has a gift and that’s our job to figure out what that gift is. This life is full of presents for us. One should have an eye to figure out what that gift is.

Life is successful for those who sees things and said out to get it and life is miserable for those who sees things that prevents them from getting what they want.
